I own a real estate brokerage and had an all-day training. Afterwards I had Spa 2 U and Ada come by and do a chair massage for everyone. A HUGE HIT! Got to experience Spa2U regularly (once a week) for over a month. Wonderful people, very genial and welcoming. I work an office job, and they really helped loosen up my shoulders and neck (my major problem areas). They gave me a few tips on how to move/stretch my body to help prevent extra tension (seeing as office jobs, all we do is sit so muscles tend to get locked up). One of the masseuse's also recommended a holistic topical ointment to help with arthritis pains.Overall, they're very good at what they do, they know what they're doing, they're professional, and they're punctual. After a massage from them, I always felt my stress levels decrease.
