dr. Santilli was so amazing.

My daughters were seen by Madiha Hussain PA-C. Both times she was so kind, attentive and explained everything in detail. Great bedside manners.

From front desk to nurse to provider

My visit at SW Allergy was great! Caroline at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Sidhra my nurse was amazing - very personable and helped make my visit a pleasant one. Dr. Madiha Hussain was warm and made me feel comfortable. She answered all of my questions and concerns, which helped make my visit a great one.

We really do like Dr. Santili. He is definitely helping myself and my two kids.
Caroline, the one receptionist is very thorough, polite and considerate.
We do have issues with the other receptionist. I don't know what happened but the first time I called to make an appointment for my son she questioned me why he wasn't making the call himself and why he had Medicare at his age.
It's really nobody's business why he has Medicare at his age because people can have Medicare at any age.
Granted it's usually for people who are older and I tried to explain that to her but she kind of seemed put off by it.
I've also had other issues with her. I have tried to reach out to the office manager several suffer times by leaving messages for them to call me with several different offices and several workers and we have yet to have them call us back.
I have referred several people to Dr. Santili and I continue to do so but I do want them not to talk to the one receptionist. I can never catch her name because she answers the so quickly I can't quite catch it.
So if the office manager sees this or somebody else and higher up sees us can you please call me. My name is in your records thank you

While Dr. Santilli was amazing, I cannot recommend this office.

My appointment was a few months ago. After checking in, they took me back to the room, where I waited for an hour to be seen by the doctor. Once I got to speak with him, he really wanted to figure out what was going on with me and was so knowledgeable.

However, afterwards was rough. The nursing staff informed me I could drop off a form that they'd fax for me for my medicine (never happened), then they lost my lab results that they requested from LabCorp for me. I called multiple times and they never located it. They apologized and kept saying they'd get back to me, but it never happened.

I really wanted to love this office. Hopefully they'll be able to smooth out the issues!

If there’s zero star I would. Waste of money.

After the initial consultation for my daughter’s peanut allergy, I was asked to obtain records from my previous provider, leading to repeated back-and-forth. Once that was done, there was no response or follow-up. Despite multiple calls over several weeks and being told I would get a call back, no one ever contacted me. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Saw Madiha Hussain PA-C for second time and will have our next one with her! We had a great experience. She really listened, didn't rush us, and made us feel heard. She explained my daughter's medications and plan in a way that actually made sense. Been seeing a different doctor but seeing Madiha made a big difference and my daughter is finally breathing better.

Highly recommend her to everyone especially moms with kids.
