I really appreciated the follow-up and the effort to make it right. For anyone booking, Dilshad works Tuesdays and Wednesdays—she’s worth the wait!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at Maroc Hamam last Friday, May 30th. For Mother’s Day, my husband booked the De-Stress package, which included a purifying full-body exfoliation (50 minutes), a 50-minute Swedish massage, and a 50-minute custom facial.

The exfoliation, steam room, and Swedish massage were absolutely heavenly; truly relaxing and well done. However, I was extremely disappointed with my facial by Roha (I'm not sure if I have the correct spelling of her name). There was no consultation beforehand to discuss my skin type or concerns, which is standard practice at most spas.

The esthetician mentioned she was new, having only completed six months of school, and based on the experience, I question whether she is fully licensed. When I asked about the products being used, she said they could be found at CVS, Walmart, or Target not what I expect from a professional spa. More concerning, she wiped my face with pure rubbing alcohol not once, but twice. When I asked why, she couldn’t provide an explanation.

I’ve had many facials and know what a proper, professional experience should feel like. Unfortunately, this part of my visit fell far below expectations and took away from what was otherwise a wonderful spa experience.“
