Based on my experience and information shared with me by multiple subcontractors and homeowners, several construction and outdoor projects handled by this individual and his company, Outdoor Living / Lux Pools and Patios LLC, were not completed as originally agreed upon. In multiple instances, subcontractors involved in plumbing, concrete, landscaping (including sod installation), and masonry stated that they had not received payment for work they completed. The amounts they described as unpaid included figures such as approximately $140,000 to a plumbing contractor, $30,000+ to a concrete subcontractor, several thousand dollars related to landscaping and sod, and around $20,000 owed to masonry crews.
Homeowners involved in these projects reported that work stopped before completion and that communication became inconsistent or ceased after payments were made. Some homeowners later discovered liens placed on their properties, which they were told were related to unresolved payments to subcontractors. There are ongoing disputes regarding these projects, and related filings appear in public records.
Based on these experiences, I would strongly recommend that potential customers take extra precautions, including verifying licensing and insurance, confirming how subcontractors are paid, reviewing court and lien records, and documenting all agreements in writing before moving forward with any contract.

Abandoned our project, took our money, never heard from him. 9 months of the project and never finished and never delivered what we paid for. Very deceptive. One of the reviews on google shows a pool that doesn't belong to the person who wrote the review. He did this to other neighbors in our community. Stay away. If I could give him no stars I would.

Our backyard went from a swamp filled with frogs and waterfowl (only a slight exaggeration) to our daughter’s favorite play area. We owe Corey and his crews all the thanks and recognition for making that happen. I reached out to Corey and we met on site within a week. Once details were finalized work was completed in a week. Communication was regular and easy. These guys know what they are doing and do a great job! Had underdrain, gutter connections, and pet turf installed. Recommend to anyone looking to do some outdoor improvements!

Corey and his team did an excellent job on our backyard project. Their team completely transformed our backyard into a usable space. The pavers, turf, sprinkler relocation, and lighting have allowed us to spend significantly more time outdoors with our family and friends.
Our home also had some severe drainage issues that his team eliminated with gutters and additional drains on the property, and we have not had any issues since. We really appreciated their work!
