Disappointing how every cleaners get negative reviews once there's issues with the clothing, unrelated to the cleaning process. It's a sad type of vengeance... if you understand the cleaning process you would know there's not much mechanism to intentionally or negligently cause damage. It's almost always manufacturer defect, wear and tear, or pre-existing damage. Many thousands and thousands of clothes are cleaned without issue, that should say everything.

I called on a Monday morning and asked if I could have almost 30 large linens cleaned and steamed and they were more than happy to take on the challenge. I needed to have them picked up that same week on Thursday evening. The linens were done on time and perfectly clean and steamed. I will absolutely be a repeat customer!!
