Trust the process! I messed up my right knee almost 2.5 years ago and created a really bad imbalance to the point where I couldn't do lunges or anything that had me press/pushing when my knee was over my toe. I tried SO many things to fix it myself. Lots of research and basically doing the wrong things. Honestly after how long it was in pain, I couldn't remember what it felt like to not feel pain and be normal. I went into PTConcepts because I was searching for a chiropractor initially. And Dr. Troy went to the same chiropractic school as my dad(Palmer College). My dad lives out of town, so I don't see him like I used to. Anyways, Dr. Troy did a fantastic job and his technique felt just like my dads and was very happy. I didn't realize that after seeing Dr. Troy, that my session came with PT. I let them know about my knee issue and after a session with them, I knew I had to keep working with them. So after several months of twice a week sessions, then down to once a week and now once every two weeks. I can happily say that my knee is like 90-95% back to normal. The pain is hardly there on workouts I couldn't do without being in complete agony. A great group of people that care greatly about making you feel physically good. They will help you get back on the correct path to recovery. Just trust the process. I feel like if I just went to them 2.5 years ago when I first created my issue, I would had a MUCH faster recovery. I had to redevelop muscles that got really weak over that long period of doing practically nothing. Thank you again PTConcepts!

Great facility! They listened to what my issues and concerns were and targeted the problem. Started me on exercises to strengthen the muscles in the right area. 1st day already feeling a difference.

The front desk woman treated me great. That was about it. Had two appts with Kennedy Kessler, what a joke. She or He didn't care one bit about me and what was going on. It's been over a month and has not followed up with me. When I was leaving the last appointment Kennedy didn't't even really acknowledge me or say have a good week or anything kind of treating me like a second class citizen. Maybe I was not good enough but my health insurance sure was. I guess it's more of a Social Club. **Update 4/23/24** Found the right specialist that fixed the issue. It was nothing that PT Concepts said it was. And still no apologies or recognition from PT.

The therapist’s here are awesome! They are very knowledgeable, very kind and patient and explain things very well. I didn’t need to see the chiropractor, but he introduced himself and was a class act. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends!
