Dr.Netravali is awesome, the best dermatologist I’ve personally been to. I’ve been to 3 different derms and she has been the only one who is both passionate and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve seen significant improvement since going to her. 10/10 work.

The Frisco location is where we saw Dr. Netravali. We had to book the appointment a month out as it’s our first visit. We were shocked on how long we waited since appointment was booked. We can be forgiving for a wait time of 10-15 minutes. They are not good at scheduling as we waited over 30 minutes to an hour be placed into a room and wait again. In general, the waiting period was longer than the appointment itself. Dr. Netravali rushed through our appointment and even when I needed her to slow down as I voiced it, she mentioned her assistant will explain or answer any of my questions then left room. It’s frustrating to know when you make time out of your busy schedule for these appointments and they are treated like walk ins or like they don’t care. I would have like a disclaimer from staff that they are double booked or behind schedule. As we were booking our follow up, the reception told us we will be double booked then. I asked if we can see Dr. Ghali and they said his availability isn’t any better. They probably double or triple book all the time. I do not know if it is worth coming to this dermatologist due to wait mainly. I also don’t know how I feel about some recommendations as they just say doctor likes the brand but no fact based on why it is better. Just to go buy it and try it. During our follow up, I tracked our timing. We waited over 45 minutes to be placed in room. We saw a family that checked in after us go in before us. We didn’t wait in room this time. Appointment took only 5 minutes and then we were told we are good from here on. Feels horrible paying a copay twice for appointments like this.

We had the best experience with Dr Ilka Netravali, my son Carson had struggled for 2 years with persistent bumps on his scalp and on our 3rd dermatologist visit, almost out of hope to help him we found Dr Netravali. She was such a blessing to our family and she listened intently and was invested in finding a solution of healing. She did it… we came back 2 months later having finally found peace and healing we were in search of for my son. Please don’t lost hope and if your child has a dermatology need call Dr Netravali, she’s one of a kind and we can’t thank her enough!

Our son struggled with exzema since he was born. We have been to numerous doctors and tried all the lotions and clothes to help him through this. This is the first doctor that we have found success with and it's been amazing. Our son used to have to sleep wearing sleeves or he would scratch himself raw. Not only does he not wear sleeves anymore, he can run around the house in just his diaper. We are so grateful to the staff here for transforming our sons live into the semblance or normal.

Dr. Netravali was straight to the point and directed us exactly what needs to be done. My toddler has been suffering from eczema almost 2yrs; we used steroid in the beginning but it didn't help much and I was afraid of overusing steroid and side effects so been avoiding. However, realized that was just suffering my daughter even more. With two week plan, her skin is smooth like an infant and she finally doesn't wake up middle of the night crying from itchiness. She never wore short sleeve or short pants even in the hot 110 degrees cause she would scratch nonstop. She always slept with socks covering her hands. Thank you- we can finally put her on short sleeves!

Dr. Ilka Netravali is amazing!!!!! She is so thorough and such a people person. She is knowledgeable and she takes the time to educate her patients and explain her treatment plan. My son’s skin looks amazing and I am pleased with her services.

Dr. Netravali was amazing. She helped me clear up my acne, and I haven’t had any further breakouts or flareups. I would recommend her to anyone who was suffering with severe acne.

We received fantastic care at Pediatric Dermatology of North Texas with Dr. Ilka Netravali. We have trusted Pediatric Dermatology of North Texas with all of our children’s dermatology needs for over 5 years. If it’s on the skin we prefer to go with a Pediatric Dermatologist rather than our primary care. It has benefited us to have the established relationship as the kids have gotten older. Dr. Netravali is a great communicator and an even better listener. She takes the time to listen to our concerns and makes sure we understand everything while giving us multiple treatment options. We appreciate this level of care and we would highly recommend Dr. Netravali for all children/teens dermatology needs.
