Had my first appointment today and I think I’ve found my forever waxing spot. I was on the lookout for a spot because I just moved to Dallas and decided to pick this place because of the reviews (did not disappoint). I’m someone with a low threshold for pain so I was anxious. The folks at PLW were amazing from the moment I made my first call. I was accommodated the same day, everyone was so kind and my Brazilian wax experience was unparalleled. I wasn’t rushed but I also barely felt anything and was done under 20 minutes. Hilary is amazing and I will keep going back until I live in this city! Thank you! L

Super friendly front desk. I walked in and got big smile and greeted. Only waited for 2 mins to get to the waxing room. The waxing tech was super friendly and very skillful. The best waxing experience I have ever had. Almost painless process. Highly recommend!

Oh my heavens! I went last friday and not only was the wax easy but the staff was excellent! The front desk girl was the sweetest ever! And the waxer was so fun to talk to! I will definitely be back soon!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.
