This place came recommended to me from a former teacher. I was skeptical about waxing. I had done waxing at nail salons and threading before and had bad experiences. When I came here, the staff was so kind and so friendly. They have such a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The girls there are all very professional and are always very very helpful. I now live about 2 1/2 hours away but whenever I come into town, I still try to get my waxing services done here. This place seriously is the best. I don’t know how long it’s been now since I started going here but I will not look back!!

Had my first appointment today and I think I’ve found my forever waxing spot. I was on the lookout for a spot because I just moved to Dallas and decided to pick this place because of the reviews (did not disappoint). I’m someone with a low threshold for pain so I was anxious. The folks at PLW were amazing from the moment I made my first call. I was accommodated the same day, everyone was so kind and my Brazilian wax experience was unparalleled. I wasn’t rushed but I also barely felt anything and was done under 20 minutes. Hilary is amazing and I will keep going back until I live in this city! Thank you!

Super friendly front desk. I walked in and got big smile and greeted. Only waited for 2 mins to get to the waxing room. The waxing tech was super friendly and very skillful. The best waxing experience I have ever had. Almost painless process. Highly recommend!
