Palm Beach Tan is a well-equipped tanning salon known for its high-quality sunbeds, spray tanning booths, and a wide selection of tanning and skin care products. Customers have praised the friendly and helpful service from staff, particularly noting the supportive assistance provided even near closing time. The salon is clean and features strong tanning beds, making it a favorite for those who enjoy a hotter tanning experience. However, some reviews mention that customer service can vary, with instances of staff not being as helpful in providing recommendations to new clients. Despite this, many customers appreciate the overall atmosphere and quality of the tanning options available. With affordable membership options starting under $14.95 a month, Palm Beach Tan is a popular choice for those looking to achieve a nice tan.
This location is very nice. I was doing some recon dor our business lloking at the red light therapy units. They have 2 different style units, a booth and a table along with a smaller panel dor a lounge seat. Laci the manager was very informative and graciously took the time to explain their products to me. Absolutely worth the visit
I go into PBT twice a week and honestly, a tanning bed is a tanning bed. What makes the store in Frisco worth the time to stop by is the Worker's Ava and the Dakota. They are always smiling and want to know how everyone is doing, with a quick friendly chat!! After tanning at the store for over a year, it's always part of my weekly routine to make sure I stop by to say Hi, and get my tan....thanks guys!!!!
Victoria is genuinely the reason I keep coming back to this location! I live closer to the Prosper location but one time I was closer here instead and received a far better level of customer service. She welcomes me with a positive attitude and makes sure everything is ready quickly for me. Definitely my favorite location because of Victoria!! Thanks girl
