I had a very negative experience with the intake representative. The interaction felt sarcastic and unprofessional, and the tone used toward me was dismissive and condescending. No patient should feel spoken to in a way that comes across as belittling or disrespectful.
A first point of contact sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one left me feeling undervalued as a patient. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this office. When a business shows you how they value you, it is important to believe them.

I had a vaginal delivery with Dr. Patterson and I’m very happy that I chose her as my OB-GYN. We decided to do an induction at 39 weeks, and the whole experience went very smoothly. The only negative point I would mention is the long wait time at the office. Almost every appointment we waited close to an hour after our scheduled time. However, the staff were always kind and helpful, and Dr. Patterson’s excellent care made the wait worth it.

I’ve been to this office 3 times now, all for different purposes, so I’ve met 2 doctors, 2 nurses, an ultrasound tech, and several office personnel. ALL AMAZING! This is not coincidence, this is the careful cultivation of a caring, patient-centered culture. Beyond grateful for them!

What's the point of scheduling a specific appointment time if you have to wait an hour anyways? Then after waiting that hour being rushed through your appointment, with disregard for concerns from the client, to poor bedside manner. Lack of discussion about the cost of recommended test, to have a huge sum thrown on you after the fact. I Don't believe my nurse looked me in the eye once. I tried a few different times to com in and every time I was left disappointed and with more questions than I came in with.

Scheduling appointments for Dr. Riley is easy, and she is professional during visits.
However, the experience often feels impersonal. I've never been able to reach the doctor or nurse by phone, so all questions or concerns must go through the portal. Even when I specifically requested a call multiple times, the responses come only as messages from the nurse. Lab results are also communication solely through the portal, without anyone reviewing them over the phone. For concerning results or urgent questions, this is very frustrating and makes the entire experience feel impersonal.
Overall, while Dr. Riley is professional, the lack of personal connection and communication makes me feel more like a number than a patient. I'll likely be searching for a provider with a more personal approach.

I’d rate 5 stars for Dr. Ellis. She is excellent and very clearly explains things. But the wait times are very very bad, especially if you have an ultrasound appointment, it takes an hour of wait on an average. Very time consuming if you are a working professional.

It was my first time meeting Kellie Kannowski, the NP since my former doctor had changed clinic. Kellie was calm, sweet and patient. She took her time to carry out each checkup since I went for the annual women's visit. She took her time to listen to my rant and gave great advice. And oh, the nurse who walked me in and took my vitals was also nice and friendly.

Dr. Kim Patterson is truly exceptional.
She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and is always objective and honest about procedures and options. From the very beginning, she made sure I felt included, informed, and confident in every decision.
I initially had doubts about being induced, but Dr. Patterson reassured me with such calm confidence. She reminded me that I was strong enough and capable, which made a huge difference in my mindset going into labor.
What stood out the most was how personal and present she was. She spent over 30 minutes with me *and* my husband during labor, something you rarely, if ever, see. No doctor does that. It made us feel genuinely cared for, not rushed or overlooked.
Dr. Patterson is not only incredibly smart, but also compassionate and deeply invested in her patients. I am beyond grateful to have had her as my doctor and would recommend her wholeheartedly.

I saw Dr. Patterson throughout my pregnancy and had an excellent experience! She is very kind and takes time to educate and answer all questions and provides personalized guidance. She showed she genuinely cares about me and my baby’s well-being. Alexis, her MA, was always sweet and caring also. Kellie, the nurse practitioner was very thorough and helpful as well! One of our highlights was getting our sonograms done because we got to see our baby and also because Leisha was always fun to talk to while we were there! We met Dr. Ellis once and she seemed great. Everyone in this office was very friendly and seemed to love what they do! I am looking forward to seeing everyone again soon!
