I have been working out at NexGen fitness for 4 years – it is an awesome place to work out. Over the course of time, I have worked with half a dozen trainers and they are all very knowledgeable, know what you need and make the training sessions fun. The place has all the necessary equipment you need for a beginner or advanced fitness enthusiasts.I travel from time to time for my work and that tends to break my fitness rhythm leading to breaks of weeks and months if I am working out in a regular gym. Excellent trainers can push you to see very good results within 4-6 weeks regardless of age. I recommend NexGen because I am getting the results which are better than I expected due to my age.
