I was returning a chair that I bought through a third-party vendor. Osaki was unable to process the refund due to a seller portalerror. I had four or five extended chats with this vendor where they asked the same questions over and over and over again. they kept assuring me that it was being escalated and would be taken care of.
During that time, I was also emailing Jeff at Osaki and he was very helpful trying to do whatever he could.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Dr. Lee really cares for his patients. The first tine I saw him, he was walking his client to her car after her appointment. After seeing that, I knew that Dr. Lee was going to be a good doctor, and I would be treated with care. And Dr. Andrew did not disappoint.

I have been going to Dr. Lee for TMJ pain after trying multiple other options prior to coming here. I am amazed, I am thankful and appreciative of the time he took to explain acupuncture to me and how he would help with the TMJ pain. I had a follow up with my TMJ dentist and my dentist told me to continue with acupuncture as well. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and New Life Wellness Center.
