They did a fantastic job. Our dogs scratched the the floors in several areas. Thankfully, when they were done, the floors looked like new and you can’t tell anything happened to them. This way way cheaper than replacing them and would hire again.

I'm very happy with the results of the job that Mr. Sandless of North Dallas did for me. While the condition of my floor ultimately wasn't suitable for the entire Sandless process, Tarik was able to have the floor sanded using the traditional process and then he re-stained and re-finished it. What I especially appreciated was his openness and honesty with me AND that he still honored his estimate.

I recently used their services to replace carpet in a couple of rooms with hardwood oak flooring, including the stairs. They did an excellent job matching the existing floors and were professional throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the results were outstanding. Tarik and the Mr. Sandless team did an excellent job recoating my engineered hardwood floor. We had recently purchased our home and almost immediately noticed that the existing coating was bubbling in several areas. Tarik was quick to come by for an evaluation and estimate, and answered every question I had about the process.
The results afterward were a massive improvement. Scrapes, wear and bubbles in the top coat were completely removed and our floors look brand new again!
