I have been going to Metroplex of Frisco for quite awhile, and I have to say that they are so friendly and polite and efficient. Starting with Domonique at the front desk, she is always very welcoming. Erica the Office Manager helped me with a billing issue that I was having problems with which I will be forever grateful for. The P.A. Jehan Kohistani has had to deal with my not so pleasant demeanor at times, with grace. I highly recommend this particular group for your Healthcare needs.
The entire staff has been welcoming to me and my family since our first call. From the administrative superstar Dominique to the nurses and especially Dr K! They’ve welcomed us with open arms and been very kind to all of our medical questions and curiosities. If you are looking for a new PCP for yourself and your family, I highly recommend this facility. Super clean, efficient, and very flexible with schedules and care.
My first time going to this office in January was a bust due to the very lengthy wait time. I was there 2 hours and didn’t get a chance to see the doctor because I couldn’t wait any longer- had to go back to work. This time in around in March was awesome! They truly redeemed themselves! The front desk was kind and inviting, the medical staff was efficient and thorough while retrieving my info, and the doctor/PA Jehan was great! She took time to ask about my medical history, suggest supplements, and give me a thorough annual examination . Wait time was minimal. I arrived at 8am and was out the door by 9am.
