Nathan came to evaluate my 23 year old system. He took the time to really explain how the system works & what was causing the problem. He gave me options on how to fix the system with prices. I appreciated that he was very genuine & there was no pressure. I was just provided good information in order to make an informed decision. Great experience!
Ty was very informative and answered all my questions. He was very respectful. They didnt try to upsell me on upgrades on my older unit, since we will most likely be replacing it soon. The repairs cost on my newer unit were more than fair and resolution was quick.
Our HVAC went out last night. I called Legend Air and Luis what's dispatched this morning. He carefully and efficiently checked out our system and found that we had a leak in the coil in the Attic. Our system is 11 years old and the parts that were needed to repair it or no longer available. He explained the situation to us carefully and we agreed that we needed to replace this unit.
