I absolutely love this place. Coming from Huntington Beach California we found it incredibly disheartening to see all the Vets here just upselling us every single time we brought any one of our three dogs for a visit. Someone in my community mentioned Dr. Betten, so I stopped by to check her out.
I had recently took on a puppy and decided we will start with her. Talk about a true animal lover, her clinic is in the middle of a semi farm. I just loved her baby donkey and fell in love with her and her team also. They are as REAL as it gets!

Being new to Frisco my dog and I had concerns about a new vet. I could not recommend this Vet and staff more!! Dr Betten was wonderful with my dog, got her back to good health, and was patient with the “newbies” to Frisco. Not a long wait, fair pricing. A++!!

I can not say enough good things about this practice, their efforts, directness, promptness, professionalism, and education. My client referred me to them and I'm so grateful. They also did me a huge favor during covid that I'll never forget. They've cremated 1 of our precious old man kitties Miles & helped a special needs rescue with a long list of things and we are customers for life because I've not had a bad experience, believe they'd fix it if I ever did, and absolutely trust that they know wtf they're doing and at the end of the day that's what matters. I appreciate them very much and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your furbabies... read full review
