Our previous CPA retired, and we were transitioned to Kirk Evans, CPA. Unfortunately, the experience has not been the same. Customer service and sensitivity training are definitely needed. Additionally, there’s no proactive effort to maximize your tax return—paperwork is simply processed as if you were using H&R Block online yourself. We ultimately decided to leave.

I have used the firm's secure online client portal to both communicate with the firm and to exchange documents with them during the prep of our tax return. I found this to be a very convenient and time efficient means for doing business with them since I reside in a city other than Frisco. I appreciate the fact that the firm offers this technology to its clients.

They have been doing my taxes for several years and I am more than happy. They are reasonably priced, quick, and very responsive to emails, which is a huge plus in my book. They have been able to give me excellent advice as well. I would highly recommend them.
