I signed a contract & put down a very large downpayment. And now J&H seems to have disappeared!! None of their phones are accepting messages. I have been texting Nelson all week and he does not respond. I drove to their store on Technology Dr. The lights are off and the doors locked! I am fearful that they will declare bankruptcy & run off with my money:-(

While the process had its challenges and took some time to address, I truly appreciate that the work was completed professionally and to my full satisfaction in the end.

Wonderful experience , sales team was very attentive and helped us walk through different samples and options that may work for us. Once we decided on the flooring, they were in and out in a day! They took care of set up and clean up and left everything looking as though it was never moved (except with new floors!)

If I could give five negative stars I would. The new owner is untrustworthy. This business was five stars + when J & H Family owned it. If your expecting John’s honest and hard work, you will not receive it under this new ownership

Working with J&H Family Floors was a great experience. From helping us choose a carpet and pad we liked to doing a final walk through to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction, they did a wonderful job replacing the carpet in my mother’s house. I’d would highly recommend this company for any flooring needs.

Really positive experience with our carpet installation! Nelson, our sales rep, was fantastic with his communication and made sure we knew when the carpet was ordered, when it arrived, and when the team could install. We were allowed to go see samples and bring them home to compare our walls, hardware etc before choosing a final product. We got all the upstairs and master closet changed and the team completed the job in one day + cleaned up so nicely. We have leftover carpet too that we got to keep which can be repurposed for various things. Overall, we are happy with our new carpet!
