Was getting frustrated at how quickly I was burning up their injectables. Just went to someone who opened the bottle of Botox in front of me- I’m seeing results next day compared to what I was seeing at this medspa at 1-2 weeks! Definitely diluting their product.

!WARNING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS BUSINESS. I purchased an $860 three session package and was failed at every single step before even receiving one service. Critical pre-appointment instructions were sent after the clinic was already closed the day before. Construction affecting parking was only communicated at the exact time of my appointment. I arrived on time, completed their required virtual consultation, and was still turned away because nobody bothered to tell me numbing takes 30 minutes beforehand. When I requested a refund I was met with dismissiveness, a condescending follow up call with zero accountability, and was refused contact information for any higher authority. A BBB complaint has been filed and a dispute is currently pending with my financial institution. Their policy is being used as a shield for their own failures and incompetence. Do yourself a favor and take your money to a med spa that actually values your time, your trust, and your safety. There are plenty of better options out there. 0 stars.

I am never ever disappointed with my service with Meredith! Not only is she extremely professional, talented and friendly she is on point every single time with service! Her knowledge of the products, she uses is amazing! She never tries to upsell and always makes you feel and look your best! I would never trust anyone else the way I trust her with injections. She is amazing! I highly recommend Meredith and I know you won’t be disappointed! She is the absolute best! And the sweetest! :)

Meredith H is my provider l, and in my experience, she is exceptional. I walk into my appointments on time, with realistic expectations, and I appreciate the professionalism she brings to every visit. I don’t expect special treatment, and she doesn’t create an environment of entitlement, which, frankly, is refreshing.
Living in Frisco, it’s easy to see how expectations can sometimes become unrealistic. In a community where convenience and instant gratification are common, it’s also important to recognize and respect professionals who dedicate long hours to caring for others. Nurses like Meredith often work 10–11 hour days, balancing patient care, safety, and outcomes and that deserves recognition. What stands out to me about Meredith: 1. Her light, precise technique when injecting 2. Honest and professional recommendations 3. Strong experience and confidence in her craft 4. The time she takes with each patient to ensure comfort and satisfaction
She approaches her work with care, patience, and professionalism; qualities that are increasingly rare and incredibly valuable.
Reviews are always subjective, but my experience has been consistently excellent. If you’re considering her services, I highly recommend giving her the opportunity to show you firsthand. I believe in her skills, her professionalism, and her commitment to her patients.

I hate writing negative reviews, but this experience honestly deserves one.
I’ve been a loyal client here for quite some time, which makes this even more disappointing. The decline in customer service has been shocking. First, the provider originally assigned to me left. No big deal: turnover happens. Then I was assigned a second person…who also left. Again, things happen.
What’s NOT acceptable is showing up for a scheduled treatment only to discover they had reassigned me to a completely new provider WITHOUT calling, texting, or informing me in any way. I walked in having no idea who was doing my treatment. No introduction beforehand, no communication, nothing. That’s not just unprofessional: it’s uncomfortable, especially in a med spa setting where trust and consistency matter.
Customer service overall has clearly gone downhill. Communication is nonexistent, scheduling feels disorganized, and the client experience now feels rushed and impersonal.
I also had interactions with Meredith, whose customer service was extremely disappointing. She showed little ability to resolve issues, demonstrated poor etiquette when handling and tinkering with appointments, and made an already frustrating situation even worse instead of helping fix it.
After the loyalty I’ve shown to this business, it’s frustrating to see how far standards have slipped. This place is no longer what it used to be or what clients should expect from a professional med spa. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I normally stay out of reviews, but as a husband watching my wife deal with this place, I feel compelled to speak up.
My wife has been a loyal client for quite some time and has rearranged her work and personal schedule multiple times to accommodate appointments here. First, her original provider left. Understandable. Then she was reassigned to someone else… who also left. Frustrating, but still manageable.
What crossed the line was the complete lack of communication and respect for her time. She showed up for a scheduled treatment only to find out they had reassigned her to yet another provider without a single phone call, text, or heads-up. No introduction, no explanation — just “here’s someone new.” In a med spa environment where comfort and trust matter, that’s unacceptable.
It gets worse. After rearranging her entire schedule again to finally get seen, the appointment was canceled, leaving her scrambling to figure out next steps. Instead of feeling cared for as a long-time client, she was treated like an inconvenience. I ended up helping her search for a completely new provider because the experience here has become so unreliable.
Customer service has clearly fallen apart. Scheduling is chaotic, communication is nonexistent, and accountability seems completely missing.
Her interactions with Meredith were especially disappointing. Rather than helping solve problems, Meredith demonstrated poor customer service, lacked professionalism, and handled appointment changes with poor etiquette. Instead of fixing issues, the situation only became more frustrating.
After all the loyalty my wife has shown this business, it’s incredibly disappointing to see how far standards have slipped. This place is not what it used to be and certainly not what clients should expect from a professional med spa. We will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere.
Do better — because right now, this experience has been nothing short of unacceptable
