So my big ole 20 year old was seen due to an infected wisdom tooth. She was given antibiotics and quoted a price for the removal of all 4 (surgery required). I was invited into the process when my young adult shared the cost post insurance with me. I called and paid the deposit for the surgery and the staff was nice dealing with me. Day of surgery comes, I am the designated sober driver, so I show up with my adult kid 30 min before her 11 am procedure. They walk her through paperwork and I appreciate the attention they paid to her. She goes back and I wait. About 30 min in Tiffany brings me back.. she goes over discharge instructions and prescriptions. She asks me to park in a specific spot upfront. Everyone was really nice... but then Tiffany comes out and asks me to drive around back as my daughter is an emotional mess on the happy meds they have given her. They don't want other patients to freak out, so I do as I am told. Tiffany and another nurse wheel out my big ole baby who is obviously out of her mind, believes that she can't use her legs, and told everyone about her recent break up. They never broke character and I can absolutely say that Ideal Dental took great care of my kid. They went above and beyond to keep her issues on medication private. As a mom I felt relieved that they handled her so well. 10/10 would recommend based on my interaction with members of this team.

I have high dental anxiety and I felt so cared for and supported here. Everything that was done was explained. It was recommended that I do a couple extra things for my teeth, but it never felt like an upsell. It was explained exactly why it was recommended, how much it would cost, and pros and cons of the procedure. I am thankful for my experience here.

I’ve been going to this location for about three years now and have not had one bad experience. I really like the office manager, she is very upfront with everything, but still friendly at the same time. They also are not pushy and I don’t feel like they are trying to sway me into things that I don’t need like some dentists have been. I have had the same hygienist for the past 3 or 4 cleanings. Overall happy!
