I’ve been going to multiple hotworx locations and have never had any issues! Absolutely love hotworx! Staff is always friendly and helpful! The staff here is like a bunch of mean girls. Yesterday I came in did my class but got sick during one session and had to go to the restroom. I was in there for the remainder of my class so I did not get to finish. I had another session booked so I cancelled that one. Upon exiting the restroom the staff was congregated at the front and gave me stares until I said thank you have a great day at which they all turned into having smiles and said have a great day. Immediately after I reversed out of my parking space I received a passive aggressive message about booking the session but not being in the room. A simple conversation was all that was needed to explain the situation instead of being treated like I was back in high school. Please treat others with kindness and respect this made me feel extremely awkward because I have to come back to this location unfortunately.

Recently started my membership here and have enjoyed my experience here! Ansley helped me get set up with Hotworx which allowed me to understand more of the facilities and programs that Hotworx provided. She gave me the breakdown of the different sessions available and what Hotworx facility provides. Facility is clean and definitely looking forward to more sessions with Hotworx!

I have been coming to this location for 8 months now and I can’t say enough good things about it. The facility and saunas are so clean and well kept and the entire staff is fabulous, especially Irelyn. She is always super sweet and so knowledgeable.

I’ve been a member at Hotworx West Frisco for 2 years and it’s been life-changing. With a consistent 5-day-a-week routine and some calorie adjustments, I’m down 40 pounds, and I feel amazing. My skin looks incredible, and thanks to the sauna workouts, I never feel sore (except on my FX Zone days lol).
The staff here is always kind, helpful, and supportive. The pricing is unbeatable (less than half of what I paid at the gym I went to previously), and I love the extra motivation of redeeming my achievements for prizes each quarter.
I’m proud to be part of this community, Hotworx West Frisco has truly become one of my favorite places!

I've been coming here regularly for the last 3 years and am in the best shape of my life. The general manager, Ryan, is fantastic. Sales staff like Nora are great. The new owners have put a lot of hard work into keeping this location clean and engaging with members. I highly recommend Hotworx and this location!

I’ve been to Hotworx all over DFW and a few through the KC,MO area. This one is special because of the staff! They’re super considerate and friendly - but respect the workout. They’re right there if you need them. It somehow always smells nice and plenty of towels and sanitizing stations for convenience.
