Friday vinyasa class by Anthony Rene Otero was awesome! Pleasant tone , easy tips to flex the body and guidance to focus helps do better and gives sense of achievement! I thoroughly enjoy this class. Thank you ??

Lovely yoga studio that has Bikram Yoga & more, central location, very friendly instructors and welcoming environment. I am on this side of town now that I own a business and I’m very happy that I found a close place to come practice my yoga!
