Her Growing Hands Salon Frisco

I don’t believe all stylist there have growing hands and professionalism is few and far between. I went to Dre and from my first visit to my last my hair hasn’t grown but has gotten thinner and shorter. On the terms of professionalism I made two appointments and back to back both of my appointments were cancel/rescheduled the day of my service. When someone makes an appointment we expect to see a stylist that day. I unbraided my hair and was told I could not be seen that day and no one else could accommodate me. The same situation happen to my friend when she had an appointment with Lachay. She booked an appointment and the stylist was a no show after she drove over a hour to the appointment, waited a hour, and drove home another hour. I don’t know anyone that is ok with wasting 3 hours of their day and still return home without their hair styled. If you care about your time and good service I don’t recommend this salon.

Best salon experience ever. Keya M is the best!!! She was knowledgeable and professional. She turned my babygirl into a butterfly. Nice decor and awesome stylists!!! Thanks Keya M!
