I took my son for the first time. Very pleased with the service provided by the front desk to nursing staff to the physician, everyone took good care of him.Highly appreciated Dr.Faheid explaining me everything about his condition.

I am so great full for this team! We went to visit Dr. Hirani at Heal 360 last minute because we were asked to request a last minute referral. Her office staff was very professional. They squeeze us in even though they had no openings due to our last minute request. Dr. Hirani saw my father and had already sent the referral even though she had not seen my father, so that it could get here by the time needed. I cried tears of joy. What wonderful service and what a wonderful staff. Thank you so much for working together to help my Dad. Forever grateful!!

Worst place ever! Have to go back every month for a refill & last time the Dr told me I could do a telephone appointment.. when I did that, she only read my labs to me which I already viewed from the website, I said I needed a refill too. Ignored over & over, 2 messages to her- also ignored & the front desk girl is the absolute WORST!! Called 2 weeks over 10 times & was told it was filled… well tell CVS that bc this is ridiculous!!!!

Never saw a doctor.Made an appointment for 9am. The front staff didn’t understand deductibles versus co-pays and attempted to overcharge by $60. I corrected and showed insurance information and was charged correct amount.Was tested for strep and after waiting 50 minutes to see a doctors I stepped out to ask how much longer the wait would be. I was then informed the doctor was not actually at the office and would arrive shortly. I left the office without ever seeing the doctor.Highly recommend you choose a different practice.

After being a patient here for years, it’s incredible how much the service has changed in the last few months. Just by sorting the reviews by most recent shows I’m not the only one who feels the same.

After being a patient here for years, it's incredible how much the service has changed in the last few months. Just by sorting the reviews by most recent shows I'm not the only one who feels the same way. Some recent issues like outsourcing all calls to a call center not on site resulting in 4-5 calls to schedule a run of the mill office visit all the way to the most recent visit of the doctor telling me he'll refill the same medication he himself had prescribed and refilled last month but then finding out the pharmacy didn't receive it. Sounds like a simple case of making a mistake but when I called in to ask about it the doctor said he never prescribes that medication and to go somewhere else? The absolute bare minimum there should have been some communication but that's being too lenient because this was the most neglectful way of handling a case. There should be no shame in just telling the patient you don't have the ability to treat them or whatever the reason. I've sent the managing partner an email to share my experience and hopefully find a reason for what's changed because my last few experiences have me finding another clinic.

Worst experience, call for 7 days and everyday saying that ll send my prescription to my pharmacy, still no prescription no medicine worst clinic ever. Yes since monday i been calling you guys and every person i spook over the phone told me the same thing, i ll send the prescription to your pharmacy still waiting .

They NEVER answer the phone and no one ever reads the notes on your chart so they always seem clueless as to why they are seeing you. Multiple times they have called me right before my appointment to say that my appointment needs to be changed due to the doctors or the office closing early. POOR customer service. I’d go to a different doctor if I could with my insurance but unfortunately I can’t at this time so I’m stuck dealing with them.
