We couldn’t have asked for a better guitar teacher for our 6-year-old granddaughter. She is incredibly shy—so much so that even speaking to Richard can be overwhelming—but from the very first lesson, her teacher created a calm, patient, and encouraging environment that made her feel safe.

What’s been most amazing to watch is the transformation. Week by week, our daughter has slowly opened up—not just musically, but personally. Her teacher has a special gift for connecting with children, gently building confidence without ever pushing too hard. There’s never any pressure, only steady encouragement and genuine kindness.

My 11 year old son has been taking lessons from Mr. Richard for two years now and he provides personalized lessons for him that helps my kid stay engaged and motivated with playing more of his ukulele. You can tell that Mr. Richard lives and breathes music and he really cares about the progress that his students make.

I have known Richard for a very long time. He is a very kind and respectful person. He has a ton of patience and he is a great teacher. My daughter loves taking guitar lessons from him!! Couldn't recommend it more!!
