I really wanted to like this place because I just moved nearby but I’ve been twice now and my experience was just meh. The first time my nail broke within a couple days which is not something that normally happens and I’ve been getting my nails done for years. The second time that same broken nail she just filed down obviously shorter than the rest of my nails and not shaped the same because it’s so short. I had to ask to her to file the rest to match and they still don’t. At least offer to put a tip on so it matches the rest of my longer square nails. I’ve been coming here for years and they always do a wonderful job! The prices are great and everyone is very nice and accommodating. Also the free drink is a lovely bonus!
Enjoyed service today at GloNail. Staff were courteous, friendly and professional. Did not have to wait for appointment. Quick service. I would highly recommend and will be back.
