We worked with Ciera at Frisco Feeding & Speech for a year, from 3-15 months. She was incredible every step of the way giving my son the tools and strength he needed to master each step we were working on, while giving me the confidence to address any issues that came up. She was also a massive support in helping me advocate for my son with other providers by either speaking with them to help voice concerns, and attending swallow studies to ensure I was able to get the full picture of the issues and make sure they understood fully what was happening with his feedings. We’ve been working with Juby for over a year now, and she has been absolutely amazing. She is patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about my son’s progress. I’ve seen so much improvement since we started, and she always provides helpful resources and guidance for us to continue supporting him at home. We’re so grateful for her support and dedication.
