I can't put into words how amazing my experience was switching to this dental office. I have severe dental anxiety and have been dealing with this my entire life, in which has lead me to not getting any cosmetic work, but I was ready to get my smile back and heard great things about this office. Dr. Yates listened and addressed all my concerns and even used a 3D X-ray that made me aware of an abscess in my tooth, that my previous dentist never saw. She was able to plan for me to have my treatment done with medication and laughing gas, I was so comfortable that I literally slept through my appointments. The front desk Sierra, made me feel right at home immediately when I walk in the door and explained my insurance coverage so that I could budget my treatment.I was even able to schedule my mother who needed dentures on my way out. My before and after pictures are truly mind blowing and I now have the confidence to show off this smile. The office is conveniently located directly on 380 (where I do most of my shopping) so that is great. This was a fantastic experience and is going to be super easy for anyone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10
I have had an extremely hard time with dentists my whole life. It has kept me from going to the dentist for years. Dr. Yates has finally changed that for me. She and her staff were amazing and helped calm my nerves. She was able to fix some problems that have been bothering me for a long time in less than a week. My new crowns look amazing, and they had them ready for me so fast. So happy I went to her, and I'll continue going!
