However, there is a systematic error in service management, with fictitious registration for service and lack of staff, leading to a neglect of the current situation. Waiting times can be long, and the customer waiting area could be more comfortable with soft seats and Wi-Fi. There is also a noticeable difference between the announced cost of car maintenance and the initial price list. Despite these issues, the people at Firestone North Frisco were kind, efficient, and honest, explaining everything about the brakes and providing a vehicle inspection report with pictures. They felt comfortable and not tricked, and would definitely come back again.
Great service. I had a flat tire, and the dealership told me it was an irreparable puncture and that I needed to replace the tire. At Firestone, they inspected it and encouraged me by saying they would give it a try. If it didn’t work out, they said they would provide a quote for replacement tires.”

I made a call that morning to discuss my concerns with my vehicle. The car would not start if it was sitting for 24 hrs or more. I would always go to another Firestone near this one but I always felt that they were not trustworthy and it seems as if they were trying to take advantage of me. The Frisco location was able to download my previous visits from another Firestone. The employee was very helpful and he discussed possible issues with my vehicle.
