Just had my annual eye appointment at Eyes of Starwood in Frisco, Tx. Dr. Jennifer Patterson is a very thorough and true professional when it comes to examinations. Her staff is polite and friendly and perform some of the remedial procedures of testing your eyes, to include the octomap, prior to your examination with Dr. Patterson . The office has the latest styles of eye ware and lenses should you need a pair of glasses. Having worn glasses for many years, Eyes of Starwood is a one stop shop, and highly recommend them as a repeat customer of over 10 years.

This place is awesome. Larry is very knowledgeable, approachable, and professional. He works in conjunction with my foot surgeon Dr Keith Heier. Larry’s partner Joshua and his receptionist Leslie are very talented as well.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The office is very clean, well put together. Every single person I interacted with from the time I walked in until I left was exceptionally nice and caring. The doctor is very thorough and takes her time with you. She patiently answers all of your questions without making you feel rushed. She is easy to connect with and made me feel very comfortable with asking questions and with the appointment in general. Their equipment seems updated and they are not pushy when it comes to lenses or frames. They allow you to take your time and choose what is best for you based on fit and price. Every appointment here has left me feeling confident that I was well taken care of. I drive out of my way to go here even though it’s far from me because I feel it’s worth it.

Dr. Patterson and her team were all fantastic. It was easy to make an appointment and even easier to get in and out. The office staff worked well with our eye insurance and helped me with getting new glasses and helped my husband get contacts for the first time.
Was thrilled with the level of care shown in helping him find the contact brand that worked best for him.
They also had one of the best selections of frames I could find in the area with a variety of brands and styles.

Great overall experience. From the moment I stepped inside, the front desk was very friendly and attentive. The techs were on point by not wasting any time getting my pre-tests done and being extremely patient showing me how to use contacts again for the first time in 20 years. You can tell Dr. Patterson genuinely cares. She addressed all my concerns and gave me options that were easy to understand. Esme in the optical found a frame for me that my wife absolutely loves and helped maximize my insurance as much as possible. I highly recommend Eyes of Starwood to anyone looking for a quality exam/contacts/glasses.

This clinic is more into the business of selling you their expensive glasses even if you don’t really need them. Dr Patterson asked me if I would like progressive lenses and when I said I don’t, she didn’t like my response and asked me are you sure with a tone and look that indicated I am crazy. I also felt she is subtly rude. The staff selling glasses were more helpful in giving honest and helpful information in figuring out the glasses you need without spending a ton. For my next check up, I would rather see a doctor who cares for patients more than selling glasses.

I've been going to Eyes of Starwood of ~20 years and the level of service and professionalism has always been top notch.
Esmie P. has always gone above and beyond regarding my frames and fitting them perfectly! Even retrofitting previous frames with current scripts is something to look forward too.
