Bad customer service, they're rude with customers

I went in, requested curtain bangs, and showed her my Pinterest board but she grabbed my hair, twisted it quickly and cut straight across and above my eyes.

These are not curtain bangs, theyre just blunt very short bangs that I don’t have the face for. It’s no where near what I requested and they look really bad on me. I was shocked and couldn’t help but cry which she then laughed awkwardly at me since she didn’t know what to do.

I went up to pay just wanting to leave as soon as possible and she asked for if I wanted to speak to the manager but what for? No one can grow back my hair for me. At least they didn’t make me pay.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. Even if you’re thinking of saving the money, it’s truly NOT WORTH IT. Save yourself the embarrassment and months worth of issues, stress and frustration just because someone doesn’t know how to do their job but charges less.

I struggle every single day to hide them and have been really sad. Don’t go here.

Customer service great!

I was not very pleased with my service. The lady that did my eyebrows was not very nice. She was on the phone and not attentive to me at all. I had to tell her how to do her job. She didn't clean my eyebrows well and she wasn't very professional. I wouldnt recommend going to Desire for threading.

This salon is one of my favorites! Everyone in the team is highly skilled and attentive to the services. Everything is clean and sanitized, I love how they take their time for everything. I can't see myself ever stepping into another salon. you won't regret it!

I will say they do a good job however the customer service could be better. Every time I go I see the lady who acts like she can’t talk. She mumbles or uses hand gestures. A simple Hello or thank you would be nice. She literally taps me to tell me what to do with my hands or mmhm.

I’ve come here for several years now, and I’ve always loved my experience. I get my brows threaded and tinted. I’ll continue coming back. Wish they had other locations!

I visited this place for a hand wax, leg wax, and eyebrow threading, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
During the waxing, they were incredibly rough—pulling the strips without properly holding the skin, which made it unnecessarily painful. When I mentioned the pain, they kept saying, “Waxing is always like this, have you ever done it before?”—which was honestly quite rude and dismissive.
I’ve been getting waxed every month, and I’ve never experienced this level of discomfort.

I had to stop the service after just the half-leg wax because it was that unbearable. They didn’t even bother to check if the waxing was done properly.
I still have visible hair left on my legs. Very unprofessional, careless, and lacking in basic customer service.
Definitely not going back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
