I had a great experience at Coolheads! Miquela and Alexis did an amazing job. Miquela took the time to understand exactly how I wanted my haircut and delivered it perfectly. Alexis did my nose and ear waxing professionally and made the experience quick and comfortable.

Both of them were friendly, skilled, and paid attention to detail. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend Coolheads, especially Miquela and Alexis. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very very disappointed with the cut. It is no where close to what I wanted and showed in pics. It looks so bad. I know your policy of 3 days adjustment but what to do - he didn’t leave any hair to even adjust it.
