We had a great experience with Mike from BlueFrog. He was kind and helpful. He actually had to help me with an emergency situation with a water leak in the kitchen on the day when he was going to install bathroom plumbing. He helped me through that situation and then returned later in the week to do the bathroom job. We will reach out to BlueFrog for our future plumbing needs.

All started off well, we were scheduled for an annual checkup. Jeremy showed up after I called to check on the arrival. Apparently he was 10 minutes away and we received no text. When he got here he went right to work draining our hot water heater, while that was going on he checked on other things. He was here no more than 25 minutes. I had a doctors appointment so when I returned we had a leak under the kitchen sink, low water pressure in the same sink. The master faucet was spraying different directions! None of these issues are major but annoying! My thoughts are that he neglected to “flush” the water heater and sediment has clogged valves and faucet screens! All of which I believe Jeremy did not check afterwards!
Update: 8/30/24 The picture is of a screen from the kitchen pull down faucet head that I was told to order (8/30/24) by Mike who came Friday morning to look at the problems that came up after Jeremy “flushed” our hot water heater on Thursday (8/29/24). I did not take the suggestion to replace the head. Instead I removed, disassembled, cleaned, reassembled and reinstalled. Things a seasoned plumber should be able to do considering I, an uneducated old guy was easily able to accomplish.
This whole process has unfortunately soured my opinion of bluefrog, mainly because of the unprofessional attitude by both technicians.

Called them after a neighbor recommended them as honest and trustworthy. We were not disappointed! Kaison was our plumber and he was friendly, explained problem & showed us the fix. Very impressed with them! *NOTE: Job isn't completely finished yet (waiting on city inspector to approve work before he covers everything up again), but we are confident it will be finished to our satisfaction. The leak is at least fixed already.

I would highly recommend Blue Frog Plumbing. Martin and Cameron came out this morning and installed a new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. It only took four hours and I loved their work. They cleaned up after they were finished and explained how to operate my new faucet. I will definitely call on them again for any plumbing work in the future.
