I frequently get massages to work out tightness I get from running. I decided to check out Balance Massage because my friend recommended it and it is close my house. I suffered a pretty major injury recently and was looking for some relief from the extra stress and tension in my muscles. The business owner Lisa is very friendly and were able to get me in quickly and worked with me on targeting the areas of my body that needed it. I think she was a bit worried about going too hard as I had recently had surgery, but either way, she was cautious and had my best interests at heart.
