I worked with Lorraine as my service advisor to get 7 recalls addressed and she listened to all of my concerns and was able to get my car in system and order me a Lyft home very quickly. Everyday after that she sent text updates with where the repairs were at. When my truck was ready she arranged concierge delivery and I received my car back washed and with all recalls addressed. I'm more then impressed with the serviced I received and would for sure come back for any future service needs!
By far the best oil and filter change I have ever had. I also paid for the car wash and it was worth the money. I dropped off my Truck at 7:05 and it was delivered back to me at my work at 10:45. Super easy and very convent.
Service times were okay, not great. They will make you sign a waiver for $200 charge PER diagnostic issue “in case it’s not covered by warranty” which I feel like is a little overpriced. Honestly if it wasn’t warranty work, i would probably go somewhere else.
