Dr. Wu hands down is one of the best dentists I have gone to. He’s to the point, direct and ensures the comfort of his patients. I had a root canal done, was in and out of the place in about an hour. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist.
Dr Parks was kind, professional, and very detailed. I recently changed my dentist due to insurance. It’s never fun to leave a place you love and try new place. Especially a dentist office.
All the staff was professional and attentive, and I was welcomed in quickly with little to no wait.
They took my X-rays, and Dr Parks reviewed each xray with me on the tv screen, pointing out areas of concern. She also used a camera to take some picture of my teeth and showed me. Dr. Wu and his team were incredible. I was impressed with the level of service from dental assistant Shamira, to the positive energy and professionalism from the front desk staff, Michaela and Emily, both in person and over the phone. The team maintains a standard of excellence, ensuring everything is done right.
I originally got my crown when I had braces, and I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got them removed. For years, I avoided showing my teeth when I smiled. Just look at my Google profile picture.
