Great Doctor & good PA. However, patients should be warned that lab work in the office costs an "EXTRA" $10. Many may live close to a lab. Offer to write lab orders each time. Or write orders and inform patient about the $10 charge. BTW, excellent lab tech who is employed by her lab.
I've had great experiences with this office. Dr. Hastings and Dr. Craig have both been very helpful for me and my family. I never once felt like they were rushing me to get to their next patient and they've always been very thorough with every diagnosis. The 7 Health Plan they offer is wonderful. I've also never had to wait very long to be seen. I realize there are some bad reviews here but I can assure you they've dealt with and corrected any shortcomings over the past year by increasing their staff and customer service quite a bit. I highly recommend them.
I never had a bad visit with Dr Hastings or his staff. There are some practices or offices that care about just making money and not the patient. This place worries about me first and works with my situation. The staff is caring, kind, and has the heart to back them up that makes them the best office I've been to. When they get you signed in and call you for the next min or so while they are getting your vitals til the time you leave it's all about You! I never felt so comfortable with doctor or nurses like I have with Dr Hastings and his staff. My rating if I could would be AAA with a 200% out of100%. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a PCP with kind and caring people. Thank you all. Don Z.
