As an alternative, I have three free oil changes at the dealer where I bought my car. In comparison with my Valvoline experience, free at the car dealership is too expensive. They require an appointment, which must be made through the website or using their telephone AI agent. Both were broken and would not allow me to make an appointment. It takes me 30 minutes to drive to their location, and then 30 minutes to return home. Valvoline has a location three minutes from my house, they did not require an appointment, there was no one in line in front of me when I arrived. I started going to Valvoline on Friendswood Dr. in Friendswood over a year ago. I stopped by the store today for my oil change. Never disappointed in their service. Aidan and his crew did a very thorough job in service and filter change. Friendswood Valvoline is one of the best. Aidan is one of the best.
