We absolutely love the exercise coach! Ken is the best!! We always get a wonderful workout and with Ken he is always kind and encouraging never intimidating. I have come a very long ways since beginning at The Exercise Coach. I was able to go through caves and also spent 8 hours walking around the state fair! I was not able to walk such great distances before The Exercise Coach! Thank you Ken! I highly highly recommend The Exercise Coach!
