“Ok so originally bought my 21 GX 460 in San Antonio where I had it serviced a couple of times and had some issues at their service department...tried out the Sterling Mcall service department on Southwest Frwy which was a better experience but didn't really care for the location ...but this time taking it to Clear Lake Lexus had a really good experience. Cheyanne Lay provided excellent customer service and support. Really enjoyed having her as our service advisor. Very pleasant young lady. We will be coming back for all our future service needs!
