This florist is the most caring, conscientious business that operates in a manner that was the norm, years ago, but sadly has become a rarity today. Every order I have placed with them has been handled with honesty and integrity, in addition to the amazing, beautiful arrangements that last much longer than expected. When I have delayed ordering ahead for holidays, they have been honest in stating if the order could be properly handled, vs. promising everything just to appease me and then not delivering what was expected. From past, unpleasant experiences with other florist, I am most grateful to be treated with respect and honesty. Highly recommend this business!

Asked the owner of The Flower Pail if I could purchase a small custom flower arrangement made by the following day for a gift, 24 hrs later I was handed perfection! Excellent customer service, gorgeous flower arrangement.
