We continue to have only good service and experiences with Hartcraft Septic Systems. I guess we are about 4 1/2 years in now since we moved into our home and began using the septic system and dealing with Paul and his son, Paul. I think it’s Paul III and Paul IV, but don’t hold me to that. If I call and don’t get them on the first call they call me back. If I have a problem we get it resolved quick. Paul and Paul know what the issue is before I finish talking. If it’s something I can fix; I fix it. If not, Paul and or his team are on site quick…I’d say no more than a day later. Paul Hartcraft is extremely knowledgeable about septic systems and maintains and corrects issues before they become major problems. He’s honest and fair priced and has everything to keep your system in great shape. Highly recommended!
