From the first phone call, to the last email...and everything in between, this company went above the call of duty to take care of our property! It was really hard to find a good company out in the Hill Country who wanted to take care of a single home vs a big commercial company, and I couldn't believe how they went over the top to make sure everything was perfect. They even checked into a warranty on our AC system which saved us thousands. They also have a great and affordable maintenance program! We highly recommend this company! We are so glad we found them.

Roland came to my house on a holiday. Showed up as promised and do a thorough job of assessing my problem. He clearly knew his stuff. Did a great job of providing me videos and pictures from the nooks and crannies I couldn’t get myself into and had a good ability to explain the options in a way that was easy to understand. He fixed the problem, and did a great job of cleaning up.
I highly recommend Roland for similar work, and will use him and Global again.
