Shirley is incredible! I managed to build up some major back, neck and shoulder tension/pain over the holiday season, and I walked out feeling like a brand new person. I was returning a chair that I bought through a third-party vendor. Osaki was unable to process the refund due to a seller portalerror. I had four or five extended chats with this vendor where they asked the same questions over and over and over again. they kept assuring me that it was being escalated and would be taken care of.
During that time, I was also emailing Jeff at Osaki and he was very helpful trying to do whatever he could.

I absolutely love Shirley. She is the best massage therapist I have had in Fort Worth. She takes such good care of me and im always so much better when I leave. I usually get 2 hours. I am a whole new person when I leave. 10/10
