Staff is attentive and respectful. It's the refurals they send me to don't accept my insurance plan they don't accept (they are out of my network as people tend to mission).
I’ve been going to see Dr. Imran Solaiman for many years now. As my PcP he has exceeded all my expectations! He has helped me navigate my many diagnoses, and has referred me to specialists when appropriate. He takes the time to motivate, explain, problem solve, and explore options with the whole person in mind. In a world of prior authorizations, him and his team of outstanding nurses has helped me immensely cutting through the red tape BS that often comes with insurance. Behind the scenes the whole staff to include the front desk is on point! If you’re looking for a great PcP that specializes in Internal Medicine, this man practices what he preaches! I thought I would receive a survey but I wanted to make sure that these ladies received credit for remaining professional. I went in for an appointment and I was waiting to check in, I heard a person speaking loudly and thought maybe they were hard of hearing until I soon learned she was trying to belittle the ladies at the front desk while signing in. The ladies (Je'Naye and Jamesha) remained professional and continued to assist the patient, despite the rude remarks and racial comments.
