“August 2025: I took lil baby (12) in for some sinus stuff. They were great. I just love them. They are not pushy on things that should be done when I don't have alot of money. They will always be my go to Vet place.

March 2025: i brought my little 9 yr old cat Piper in because she kept losing weight and couldn't keep her food down. We did the usual and then started with seeing if she had worms, she didn't. We then did blood, but nothing was conclusive except white blood cells. It could be anything! So we talked and did nausea meds but without them she lost her food. Now mind you shes a spicy black little 6lb cat, she lures you in with sweetness then rips you apart. She was still herself. So now we are trying steroids and that's working. We are 4 days in and so far it's good. But, even if things were to switch and to go down hill i would accept that, Dr. Rachel has done so much already. I don't want to take my cats to just regular Vets! Bonds Ranch has been our home since 2021, I'm staying. Everyone is awesome sweet and so nice!!

I love the people at Bonds Ranch Vet. We came to them after spending $600 at another Vet who didn't know what was wrong with Cooper. They gave meds to both my cats and they are all well now. I am so so happy my daughter found them.“

“Great experience. Dr. Jeff spent a lot of time talking to me about my cat issues and I also ask about my dog which I did not bring in. He had a funeral the next day, he called me right after to give my my cats test results. Then he followed up with us several times. The following week, I took my cat for a follow up and also brought my dog, who had a large tumor, he said that he could not preform the surgery there and referred me to 2 other vets. He did not charge me for that days visit. I wish I would of found this vet years ago. I have lived in the area over 25 years. I will continue to see this vet, Jeff R., as long as he is practicing. “Our fur baby had been dealing with an eye infection for over a month. We went to his vet twice regarding the issue, which was addressed both times but with no improvement. Dr. Cichocki saw him and thoroughly explained what was going with him. He provided us with different options and the pros and cons of each option. With the option that we chose, we could see improvement that same afternoon. His eyes were close to his baseline by day 3. We are so glad that we went to Dr. Cichocki!“

“We had the unfortunate need to euthanize our sweet, little old lady this weekend. HSNT was extremely compassionate and handled the situation well. I felt at ease the moment I walked in and was greeted by a very sweet man. He was gentle and respectful about the process, paperwork and payment. I was then escorted to a private room, where i was given the opportunity to say one last goodbye to my girl. The second gentleman was equally kind and compassionate. He used a gentle voice and vocabulary while guiding me through the process. When it was all over, he carried my girl out to me in his arms like a newborn, and had wrapped her up beautifully. I'm grateful they were able to make such a hard experience as wonderful as it was.“

“Although we've always had a positive experience at VSNT, yesterday we had an exceptional experience as a result of our interactions with Kimberly at the front desk, along with Dr. Rodriguez, who both went above and beyond. After receiving alarming news about a suspicious mass we found on our dog Thursday evening, we were told to see our oncologist immediately.

We arrived at VSNT yesterday morning without a scheduled appointment and Dr. Rodriguez graciously agreed to work our dog into his already busy schedule. Kimberly was so incredibly kind, patient, and understanding and kept us in the loop the entire time. Dr. Rodriguez provided us with the information we needed to proceed and went out of his way to accommodate us despite the fact we are not considered a patient of his.
