Initial vosit was fine but there has been no response to 1. an email 2 weeks ago, 2. a message sent on the patient portal over 48 hours ago, 3. nor to a phone message left this morning. I’m going to go to my pharmacy to see if they can help me. Otherwise,, I will be w/o the procedure they prescribed for who knows how long!
At the risk of writing this review too early (I'll update it later), I just had my first appointment with this team and I was impressed. I went to the center because I discovered my low bone density in my mid 30's after a hip break during a cycling crash. Did they tell you your new patient appointment would be a few months away? Don't worry about it. When you finally went to your appointment, did they run late getting you back to see someone? Don't worry about it.
I have never received such personal, and interested-in-me care with another medical team. They ran additional unplanned tests on me during the appointment so they could get more data, and they took the...read full review
The Center for Osteoporosis and everyone associated with it are a true blessing. My wife and I are so thankful for all they have done and continue to do. I have only met Adam Bruntz, and he is such a caring person, always putting patients before the dollar. There is sometimes a lengthy wait to get in, but that is telling of how good he really is. I will wait as long as it takes. It is worth it. I can speak from personal experience that all these negative reviews are not valid. It’s disappointing to see so many unhappy people taking their frustrations out on the wrong people, especially towards those who are only helping to improve so many lives.
