An awesome place to work out, they offer very knowledgeable trainers who specialize in various sport specific strength training. Two tier work out area and many machines and free weights to choose from along with bikes and step machines. I highly recommend that you check out this gem in the rough! It is always a great experience!

Dave and Marilyn and the Body Firm is a great place to tone up and increase your core strength. In two months of working with Dave as my personal trainer, I have seen big improvements. The gym is easy to get to from anywhere and has plenty of equipment.I recommend them highly!

The trainers are patient and work with/around any health condition. The energy is good when you come to the gym, and everyone there supports each other. Other perks are that it is always clean and it’s in a safe location.
