went here as a last ditch effort after calling 4 obgyn offices with no availability for months and this place and its staff was phenomenal, the MA and NP that saw me were so understanding and went the extra mile to help me. compassionate care to the max; they discovered something i had no knowledge of that may be the cause of my issues. 10/10!!! all my gratitude to the staff!!
Great experience! Sarah and her crew are amazing, very first time in my life that a urgent care visit felt real, compassionate, personalized and sincere, the clinic was super clean, very organized and everyone was super helpful and patient with my questions and needs. Where I live we don't have a Breeze clinic nearby but the long drive to get here was worth it.
Plus they have good amenities, water/coffee station. You don't see that at urgent care facilities.
I went yesterday due to a sore throat and ear pain, the lady at the front desk was friendly and they take me quickly to the room.
The concierge Sam was nice and professional, even he hold the door for me at the exit.
The provider Harley was very kind and she answered all my questions.
The whole visit took me around 30 minutes, the place was tidy, calm, warm and very organized.
Definitely I would recommend this clinic!
