The staff was so welcoming and checked me in right away. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. Sam, my nurse, explained the testing process clearly, and Stephanie, the PA, was thorough and patient during her examination.
She had a great bedside manner and was very committed to finding a solution to helping me get better. The wait wasn't long and I was offered water or coffee while I waited.
When I left Sam even held the door open for me and the front desk nurse wished me a speedy recovery. The facility was clean and offered free WiFi which is always a plus.
I had a great experience at this urgent care. Scheduling my appointment was incredibly easy, and the entire process was efficient from start to finish. I wasn't feeling well, so I really appreciated how quickly they got me checked in, evaluated, and treated without feeling rushed. The staff was friendly, professional, and made a stressful day much easier. If you need prompt, quality care, I would definitely recommend this clinic!
I saw Arielle (I believe a nurse practitioner) with abdominal pain. She was extremely empathetic and took care of me but also made sure I understood she thought I needed additional care and that I should go to the ER. Well she was right I went to the ER and was admitted because I needed surgery. She genuinely worried about making sure I got all the care I needed. She’s a genuinely amazing person.
